The hotel has everything you would expect from a Marriott Courtyard: large rooms with most amenities, nice lobby (with cozy fireplace), attentive staff, and reasonable downtown price, with great location 2 block from Old Market and walking distance to museums and theaters.

We stayed here on our way through Omaha on a family road trip with our kids (ages 7 and 3). The room was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and very family friendly - we could easily access the pedestrian bridge, waterfront park and activities along with many restaurant options. Easy to access from major roadways and parking was excellent for a downtown hotel.

It's a great location. The rooms are nice and the parking is easy. The staff is very friendly and professional. That's usually where we stay while in Omaha because it is a reliable facility.

Everything! the room was quite large with a small balcony and a sofa sleeper! The staff was exceptional! Dez was our first front desk agent. she was very warm and hospitable! Kyle was one of the day managers who helped us find restaurants to enjoy! He even shared a city app that we could download to help us with meyer parking! Our night front seat agent was Rosiland who was very kind and curteous and allowed us to bring our dinner into the lobby/ lounge area to view the World Series together!

Location was excellent for access to Old Market. We also liked the walkability to nearby restaurants and the river area. Parking was very good with plenty of spaces.

A spacious and quiet room with all the necessary provisions for a business trip. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. The hotel is close to the old town and well located.

This review is from: "Jessica C." 1)Location, location, location!!! 2)the staff was excellent, from the superb front desk crew(Rosalyn, Dez, Kyle!! ALL great in their own way!) to Matea who took care of our room needs! 3)we enjoyed our first night, we decided to stay a 2nd night! 4)the lobby area was great! We came as a family of 8 and we loved being able to bring our food and drink in and watch the world series (6th game) like we were in our own home!! So fun!
